X installation instructions push bumper:
Installing the bumper Push X: a. Install driver and passenger side lower Weldments support to Mount the truck, the braces with x 1 1/2 "bolts (3), 1/2-13 flat washers (13), lock washers (9) and hex nuts (12). B. install a push bumper to the top bracket of Weldments and Brace Assembly. Position the bracket on bumper Weldments and top support bars and brace with 4 each Bolt (2), USS flat Washer (7), SAE flat Washer (13), Lock washer (9) and nut (12). Note: Finger tighten only. C. Alignment of the bumper so that it is horizontally parallel to the front edge of the vehicle and straight up and down. Application of Loctite to ensure of fastener retention. Tighten the bolts of the bumper is a Weldment bracket to 72 d. ft. lbs. using ¼ "drill bit and electric drill, drill through the top Rod support Brace, with openings in the upper holder Rod support Brace as a guide. E. secure top Rod support brace with Bolt (4), USS flat Washer (7), SAE flat Washer (12), Lock washer (6) and nut (5). Application of Loctite to ensure of fastener retention.Download
