Installation Guide-removing 2004 Cadillac CTS-V exhaust system

Installation instructions for the removal of exhaust system:
Remove the exhaust system: 1. using 15 mm socket or wrench, remove the flange four nuts. Note: remember to save all the nuts, bolts, rubber insulators and cross brace removed from the vehicle. They will be used to install exhaust CORSA performance in later stages. 2. using 13 mm socket or wrench, remove the screws and two cross-braces with a cross brace. 3. detach the four rubber insulators, located at the rear of the factory exhaust mufflers. 4 Only supports connecting to factory exhaust of the vehicle are situated on the inlet mufflers. Supports the exhaust and keeping rubber insulators, connected to the exhaust, rubber insulators slide off the vehicle. 5. remove the exhaust system.
The exhaust system installation: 1. Remove any exhaust system component with cartons of shipping, including the clamps. Note: there are six vices, 2.5 inch delivered. Note: the application of anti-seize lubricant (included) to only the threads of all the band clamps and flange TORCA screws. Failure to follow this procedure may cause nuts for pause at the clamps and potentially destroy threads. After applying the anti-seize lubricant, remember to carefully clean the hands, as grease would be the nature of the stainless steel. 2. Locate the Assembly pipe front side of the driver. 3. space for mounting on flange bolts after the catalytic converter, and using a socket wrench 15 mm or with nuts deleted previously; Install the Assembly pipe front side of the driver. 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the passenger side front pipe Assembly. 5. Locate the mounting of the silencer of the tunnel and the clamps at the ends of TORCA inlet Assembly.
