Oil drain plug and Oil filter replacement DL1000 K2
First you need to start up the engine and leave it to run for several minutes with
idling speed. next is stop engine with key and wait for a minute, then check the
oil level through the inspection window A. If the level is below mark “L”, add oil to “F” level. If the level is above mark “F”, drain oil to “F” level.

• at the first remove the engine under cover
• Drain engine oil in the same manner of engine oil replacement procedure.
• Remove the oil filter by using the oil filter wrench. you need this special tool just for oil filter
• Apply engine oil lightly to the gasket of the new filter before installation.
• Install the new filter turning it by hand until you feel that the filter gasket contacts the mounting surface. Then tighten it 2 turns using the oil filter wrench.
